Each pack includes the indicated amount of hours, and also a first online meeting to discuss the aspects of the project.

They also include regular feedback to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Yes, they do! The expiration date for each pack is the following:

1.- PACK 10 HOURS: 30 DAYS

2.- PACK 20 HOURS: 60 DAYS

3.- PACKS 30 HOURS: 90 DAYS

THAT MEANS YOU HAVE “X” DAYS AVAILABLE TO USE YOUR HOURS. IF THE AMOUNT OF HOURS HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED WITHIN THE ESTIMATED EXPIRATION TIME OF EACH PACK, IT WILL BE CHARGED.

IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL SITUATION AND NEED DIFFERENT TIMINGS, TELL ME ABOUT IT DURING THE FIRST MEETING AND WE WILL SEE THE BEST SOLUTION.

It is made in two payments of 50%. One as a reserve at the beginning and the other at the end.

You will receive the payment details privately.

If you want to collaborate with me, the process is the following:

1.- Contact me and let me know about you and your project.

2.- If we want to continue collaborating, we will schedule a meeting to specify the details of how and when we start.

3.- After the meeting, you will receive a mail with the final budget. You’ll have 48 hours to accept the budget by signing it or accepting it by email.

4.- When you accept the budget, you’ll receive the first invoice of 50%. Then, a reservation is required with 50% of the price of the chosen pack.

5.- Once the budget is accepted, you will receive the invoice for the first payment of 50% of the chosen pack as a reservation.

6.- When you have two hours left to finish the pack, I will notify you via email and you will have 48 hours to confirm if you want to renew the pack or end the collaboration.

7.- At the end of pack, you will receive an invoice with the remaining 50%.

1.- THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE BUDGET MUST BE CARRIED OUT WITHIN THE FOLLOWING 48 HOURS FROM THE SENDING OF THE MAIL.

2.- THE FIRST INVOICE, AS A RESERVATION, HAS A PAYMENT TERM OF 5 BUSINESS DAYS.

3.- THE SECOND INVOICE WILL BE SENT AT THE END OF THE HOURS OF THE PACK. THIS INVOICE HAS A PAYMENT TERM OF 5 DAYS.
