How do I hire your services?
If you think we’d make a great match and I can help with your project, simply book your slot to get to know each other here.
Do the hour packs expire?
Yes, the hour packs expire as follows:
- 10-hour pack: 30 days
- 20-hour pack: 60 days
- 30-hour pack: 90 days
This means you have “X” days available to use your hours. If the allotted time expires without using all the hours, you will still be charged for the full pack.
If you have any special circumstances and need different timings, let me know during our first meeting and we’ll find the best solution.
What is the payment method?
Payment is made via bank transfer in two installments of 50%: one as a deposit at the start and the other upon completion. You will receive the payment details privately.
What exactly is the process?
If you’re interested in working with me, here’s the process:
- Book your slot on the calendar and fill out the questionnaire.
- Once I review the information about your project and determine that we’re a good fit, we’ll have a meeting to address any remaining questions.
- After the meeting, you’ll receive an email with a quote based on our discussion. You’ll have 1 week to accept the quote via signature or email confirmation.
- Once the quote is accepted, you’ll receive an invoice for the first 50% payment (as a deposit for the chosen pack).
- With the deposit confirmed, we kick off on the scheduled start date.
- When you have two hours remaining in your pack, I’ll notify you via email, and you’ll have 48 hours to confirm whether you’d like to renew the pack or conclude our collaboration.
- At the end of the pack, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining 50%.
Booking and payment deadlines
- The quote must be accepted within one week of receiving the email.
- The first invoice (deposit) must be paid within 5 business days.
- The second invoice will be sent at the end of the pack hours and must be paid within 5 business days.
Is the process 100% online?
Yes, I work remotely with clients from all over the world.
What payment methods are accepted in the online store?
We accept credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods through our online gateway.
Can I cancel or return a digital product?
No, since these are digital products, once the purchase is complete, no exchanges or returns are accepted. We recommend carefully reviewing each product’s description before finalizing your order.
How will I receive my digital product?
Immediately after payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link or access details in the email you provided.
Can I share my digital product with others?
Digital products are for personal use only and are not intended to be shared or resold. Each product comes with a personal use license.
What do I do if I experience issues with downloading or accessing the product?
