Desk Dates (1:1 sessions)

Desk Dates 💌 are 1:1 sessions designed as focused, strategic, and intentional meetings to help you make professional or creative decisions through a sincere, structured conversation.

/ It’s not a course.
/ It’s not an improvised call.
/ It’s not a long-term mentorship.

It’s a 90-minute space to sit down with me (screen to screen, coffee in hand), lay out your current situation, and work together to build clarity, direction, and tangible next steps.

Designed for three profiles:

  • Project Managers who want to get started in creative project management or aren’t sure how to shape their career.
  • Junior or newly trained PMs who are taking their first steps and want to understand how to begin, how to offer their services, or what to focus on.
  • Creative entrepreneurs, either in the early stages or feeling stuck with their project, who need an outside perspective to make decisions, prioritize, shape their ideas, or simply bring order to the chaos.

And the best part? It’s 100% designed to adapt to you. Customize it with your branding, tweak it to fit your workflow, and use it with every client. It includes a masterclass where I walk you through how to get the most out of it.

  1. What happens if, after filling out the form, my case isn’t a good fit? If, after reviewing your form, I see that I’m not the right person to help you, I’ll let you know honestly and respectfully via email, and you won’t need to make any payment.
  2. Can I book directly without filling out the form? No. Before confirming a Desk Date, I need to review your case to make sure I can truly provide value. The form is an important part of the process, it helps me prepare and give you my best during the session.
  3. What happens after payment? You’ll receive an email with a link to book your session directly in my calendar. You can choose the day and time that suits you best. The session will take place on Google Meet, and you’ll receive the link once your booking is confirmed.
  4. Is the session recorded? Only if you request it. If you’d like to record the session to review later, I can enable Meet recording and send it to you once it’s uploaded to the cloud. You’ll have one week to download it before it’s deleted from my system.
  5. Is there any follow-up after the session? There’s no formal follow-up, but you’ll receive an email after our session with a clear summary, your next steps, and helpful resources if applicable. If you’d like to continue working together after that, I can propose an ongoing collaboration tailored to your needs.
  6. Can I cancel or reschedule after booking? Yes. You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the same calendar link. If you need to cancel, there are no refunds, but you can reschedule once.
  7. Will I get an invoice?Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe, which automatically issues a receipt. If you need an invoice with your tax details, just indicate it in the form or reply to the confirmation email, and I’ll send it to you.
