Product selection, addition to cart, order confirmation, payment method selection, and receipt of confirmation via email.

4. Payment methods:

• Stripe (credit/debit card).

• PayPal.

• Bank transfer (for custom-quoted services).

5. Delivery:

• Physical products: Shipping within Spain and the EU via courier service. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 days within Spain and 7–15 days within the EU.

• Digital products: Immediate download after payment confirmation.

6. Right of withdrawal:
Customers may withdraw from the purchase of physical products within 14 calendar days from receipt.
Exceptions: Personalized products and digital products once the download has begun.

7. Returns:
Products must be returned in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error or manufacturing defect.

Digital products are non-refundable.

Physical products include a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
